| Donna has been the chief executive officer at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Jonesboro since 2004. Joining the hospital in 1994, she previously served as the human resources director for 10 years. Donna holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in health services administration. Prior to joining HealthSouth, she held various management positions in the acute care setting. Donna has a hands-on management style that encourages teamwork and cooperation, to provide patients a higher level of care. She is board certified in healthcare management and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. |

| Dr. Braden, has been with HealthSouth since 1992. He is an active member of the Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) and has participated on HealthSouth’s Physician Advisory Board and Clinical Information Systems Committees. In recognition of his medical knowledge and technical and clinical skills, Dr. Braden was awarded HealthSouth's 2010 Medical Director's Award for Clinical Excellence for the West Region. He is the only board-certified PM&R physician in northeast Arkansas and provides medical direction to the only freestanding inpatient hospital in northeast Arkansas. |
| Arlinda Boyd, MCD, C | |
| Arlinda Boyd joined HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Jonesboro in 1999. Her responsibilities include leading the clinical program development for inpatient and outpatient services. Arlinda graduated from Arkansas State University with a bachelor’s degree in education and communicative disorders and a master’s degree in communicative disorders. She is a clinical specialist level III in neurological rehabilitation and certified brain injury specialist. |

| An Arkansas native, Allan holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Arkansas State University. He has been in healthcare since 1993, working for various providers throughout the southeast. Allan lives in Jonesboro with his wife and three children. |
| David Jones, RN | |
| David Jones, RN, BS, was named the chief nursing officer in March of 2012. He most recently served as nurse manager of the rehabilitation services division of Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, Florida. David's nursing experience includes emergency medicine, critical care and women's services. He has held numerous leadership positions in his 25 year nursing career. |
| Kathleen Walter | |
| Kathleen Walter, RN, is currently the director of quality management. With previous rehabilitation experience at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Jonesboro, as well as her previous acute care and surgery experience, she has a unique insight into quality management. She is a strong patient advocate and is constantly looking for avenues of improvement to ensure our patients receive a quality patient experience. |

| Tammy Barley is the Human Resources Director and has been employed at HealthSouth since 1990 with previous experience in health information management. She handles the employee relations, benefits, compensation, recruitment, and retention for the employees of the hospital. |
